Every suitcase comes with an official 2-year warranty.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects: faulty wheels, handle, locks, zippers, seams and shell that are not the owner’s fault.

What the warranty does not cover

• mechanical damage during transport by an airline or carrier (in this case, file a baggage damage report at the airport);
• natural wear, scratches and scuffs on the shell;
• damage caused by misuse or overloading.

How to make a claim

Write to us at info@travel-case.store with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will explain how to file a warranty claim.
