Terms of sale

This document is the seller’s public offer to conclude a contract for the sale of goods through the TRAVEL CASE online store on the terms set out below.

2. Subject of the contract

The seller transfers the goods into the buyer’s ownership, and the buyer pays for and accepts them under this offer. The description, specifications and price of each item are shown on its product page.

3. Placing an order

The buyer places an order on the website, providing a name, phone number, email and delivery details, or chooses pickup from the seller’s store in Kyiv. The contract is concluded once the order is paid.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). Payment is 100% online by card via the WayForPay payment service. The price is fixed at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine is free for the buyer; pickup from the seller’s store in Kyiv is free. Ownership and risks pass to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

6. Exchange and return

Goods may be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

7. Warranty

The goods are covered by a 2-year warranty.

8. Personal data

By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
