This policy explains what data the TRAVEL CASE online store collects and how we use it.

What data we collect

• first and last name, phone number and email — to process and deliver your order;
• the city and Nova Poshta branch or the delivery address;
• order history.

Card details are entered on the WayForPay payment service page and are never passed to the store.

Why

To fulfil your order: accept payment, hand the parcel over to Nova Poshta and contact you about the order. We do not share data with third parties, except the delivery service and the payment service to the extent needed to fulfil the order.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies so that the cart and checkout work, as well as Google Analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are visited and what to improve. This data is anonymised. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to info@travel-case.store.
