Delivery

We deliver orders by Nova Poshta across Ukraine for free, whatever the order amount.

• to a Nova Poshta branch;
• to a Nova Poshta parcel locker (if the suitcase fits the locker);
• by Nova Poshta courier to your address.

You choose the branch, parcel locker or address at checkout. Once the parcel is shipped, Nova Poshta will text you the tracking number. Delivery by Nova Poshta usually takes 1–3 days.

If you are in Kyiv, you can collect the order yourself: choose “Pickup” at checkout and pick a store there. We will email you when the suitcase is waiting for you.

Payment

Orders are paid in full online at checkout — by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments go through WayForPay: you enter your card details on the payment service’s secure page, and they are never passed to the store.

There is no cash on delivery — we ship and hand over paid orders only.
